How to link Google Authenticator?
One of the tools to protect your account is to set up Google Authenticator for the EXEX application. Here’s how you can do that:
- Open Profile, choose the Security section, and turn on Google Authentication
- Download and install the Google Authenticator application:
iPhone app: Google Authenticator
Android app: Google Authenticator
- Scan the QR code, or copy and enter the key to get a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the generated Google authentication code and the SMS verification code if you registered via the phone number or email letter if you used the email verification code on the linking page. Then click “Confirm” to complete the linking.
How to avoid being scammed by fraudsters?
In order not to be scammed and avoid hackers, keep your account and its data secured, you can learn more about it:
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you forgot your password, you can reset it on the login page.
- Click the Forgot password button.
- Enter the phone number or email you are using for EXEX:
a) If you have entered the phone number, then enter the 6-digit code to verify the request and create a new password.
b) If you have entered the email, then check your mailbox, and follow the link in the Password reset message to create a new password.
