How can I join EXEX?

To join the EXEX platform, you can register on the main page: https://exex.com/ or download the EXEX application and register there. You can use our instructions here:

Who cannot create an account with EXEX?

You can’t create an account if you are a resident or become a resident at any time of the state or region (in accordance with such state or region definition of residency), where the crypto assets transactions you are going to execute are prohibited or require special approval, permit and/or authorization of any kind, which EXEX has not obtained in this state or region.

Also, you are not in any case allowed to access and use our services if you are located, incorporated, or otherwise established, or a citizen or resident of the United States of America, North Korea, Sudan, Crimea and Sevastopol, Cuba, Syria, Ontario, or any state, country or other jurisdiction that is embargoed by the United States of America, a jurisdiction where the local Applicable Law prohibits or will prohibit you at any time (by reason of your nationality, domicile, citizenship, residence or otherwise) to access or use the services or the Technology Platform (hereinafter, together “The Restricted Jurisdictions”).

How to pass KYC?

One of the international standards for preventing illegal activity is customer due diligence (“CDD”). According to CDD, EXEX establishes its own verification procedures within the standards of “Know Your Customer” (“KYC”) frameworks.

On our Platform, we have 5 verification levels that can be passed.

How long does it take to pass KYC and moderation?

The process can take from 1 minute to 24 business hours. That depends on the level of verification you are at.

Level 1: 1 minute. If you managed to log in, then you have already passed that level.

Level 2: 2 minutes. Once you verified your e-mail or linked the phone number, level 2 is completed.

Level 3: 5 minutes. Make sure you provide the correct identity document for the verification.

Level 4: 1 day. Be attentive when uploading your proof of address. It should be valid and contain your name and address.

Level 5: 1 day. Your proof of income is the last step of the KYC completion. Follow the rules, and we have to finish it.

What is a demo account for?

The demonstration (demo) account is created for you to explore the whole variety of EXEX’s instruments without any fear of losing your real investment. You can try on a new strategy using your demo balance. Estimate the results, and implement that in your real balance trading.

Pay attention: You can’t withdraw the demo balance. It is given for practice purposes only. If you want to make a real profit, you can make a deposit with cryptocurrency or buy crypto with fiat.

What is the Bonus program?

All users of the EXEX trading platform receive bonuses simply by topping up their balance! Trade, earn your profit, and also receive additional rewards!

How do I change the phone number and/or email?

For now, it’s not possible to change the phone number or email in the current account. So, if you want to change that data, you’ll need to create a new account. To do so, you need:

  • Close all your opened positions on the current account
  • Withdraw crypto and/or sell crypto for fiat
  • Delete the current account
  • Create a new account with the data you need

You will be able to use the old phone number and email once you deleted the account as well. Pay attention that it will be a brand-new account without any records of your old deleted account.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account in two ways:

  • using profile settings in the app;
  • by requesting account deletion using this form.
